Lifetime Warranty?

At dry.camp we believe in our products. So, every single dry.camp product comes with a lifetime warranty.

What other products are dry.camp working on?

Currently, dry.camp carries waterproof dry bags and hammocks. Within the year we plan on releasing more colors of both products. We do have other products in the works, but we will announce those by the end of the year. 

Where is dry.camp located?

We are based in Southeast Michigan. With four seasons and everything from the Great Lakes to forests to sand dunes, we pride ourselves in using the nature around us for inspiration.

How do I track my package?

The day your package is shipped out, our system will send you an email with the tracking id and a carrier. To track your package, we recommend using our "Track Your Package" link at the bottom of our website under LINKS.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your dry.camp product, and it is within 30 days of purchase, send it back to us for a full money back guarantee. If the product is defective, that can be handled under our warranty and we will send you a new replacement.
